Should a containment breach occur at Site-96, established operating guidelines must be immediately adhered to. All personnel are advised the comprehensive protocol outlined in site-specific manuals. A breach of containment may lead the exposure of anomalous phenomena. In such instances, all available resources should be immediately mobilized to co
